I am totally and utterly obsessed with YouTube, in fact I never really watch TV. YouTube is my go to destination for fashion, beauty, nutrition and fitness. Here are three cool YouTube fitness channels to subscribe to if you are interested in getting fit without  paying through the nose for a gym membership. I have tried all of these, and I am currently doing Fitness blender and Superhero Fitness.

Restaurant Review: Chicchi Cafe Roman Road East London

Chicchi 

I am always looking for cool cafes and restaurants whenever I am out and about in London.  Especially when I am working and going to meetings. The restaurant, or cafe needs to have good vegetarian or vegan options, and it needs to be reasonably priced too. Chicchi is a cool modern cafe nestled in the heart of East London's Roman Road. It is a lovely little spot, here is my review.

Review: Zico Coconut Review

Zico coconut water

I was recently gifted  a case of Coca Cola's  Zico coconut water by a friend of mine who owns a confectionery store. I am a massive fan of coconut water,  I drink it daily.  Sometimes I find that it hydrates me better than water.  I know Zico has been around for a a few years now, but  I had never tried it.  Vita Coco has always been my beverage of choice. However, since i was given this for free I decided to ditch the Vita Coco for a few days and drink this instead.
