This comes after a major family feud where a letter was drafted by some of Micheal's siblings, stating that they wanted executors of Michael's estate to stand down. This led to Katherine Jackson, their mother allegedly leaving to go an stay in Arizona for more than a week.
The children apparently love TJ and want him to be their guardian. TJ tweeted to Paris "I know it's completely unfair for them to do this to you and your brothers. We will keep trying. I love you." This has been one of the many tweets exchanged between Paris and other Jackson family members. Including Jermaine and Randy. Under Californian Law the children have to agree to any petition for temporary guardianship. It has been reported that TJ has been like a father figure to them and they love him very much.
TJ is married with children, and he is also known for being part of the band 3T with his two brothers, Taj and Tarryl.
