| Shout into the void Today's mixed media piece is a self portrait, taken with a Canon 550d camera. We printed the portrait out and added paint effects, we then scanned it. We created this piece in the midst of writing a very heartfelt poem about falling in love, the dark side of love, that side of love that leaves you breathless. Feeling vulnerable, feeling like the world as you know it is over. That side of love that leaves you feeling lost in an unknown world, maybe its not love, maybe its obsession, infatuation, need, rather than want. Greed, rather than generosity, maybe its just another one of those feelings, unfathomable. Consumed.
